Pre-order terms
Everything that applies when you pre-order for your room: the deadline, the refunds, and every charge on your total.
Pre-ordering and cancellations
Pre-orders must be placed at least 4 days before the reservation. Cancellations made at least 4 days before the reservation are refunded in full; within 4 days of the reservation, a pre-order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
What's added to your total
Sales tax of 7.5% is added at checkout on everything that is taxable; where it applies, the price on the menu is before tax. Your basket shows what is added before you pay.
A gratuity of 18%, 20% or 22% is required on every pre-order and added to your total at checkout.
Alcohol
Alcohol service is subject to age verification and responsible-service requirements; guests must be of legal drinking age and present valid ID. Pre-ordered beverages are served at the venue by our team.
